FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are recycled monomers equivalent to virgin material?

Yes. r-DMT and r-MEG are produced by chemical recycling (depolymerisation) and purified to the same specification as virgin material. They run in existing polyester processes without plant modifications.

Which documents do I receive?

Technical data sheet, safety data sheet (DE/EN) and certificate of analysis per batch. Sustainability and CO₂ evidence is provided per product where available from the manufacturer.

Which quantities and packaging are available?

From drums and IBCs to ISO tank containers. Pack sizes depend on density and product – details are given on each product page.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. Send us the product, application and planned annual volume – we will get back to you with a sample, data sheets and a quote.

Which raw material fits your process?

Tell us the polymer, application and annual volume – we reply with specification, sample and quote.
